R1 Hydraulic Hose is one net wire hoses which can be also reinforced using high tensile braided copper wire. Owing to their strong construction and high tensile braided steel wire reinforcement, this type of hoses can bear higher working pressure better than the rubber hoses.
R1 hydraulic hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement, and cover. We manufacture the tube using oil resistant synthetic rubber so that the hose provides excellent performance in delivering oils. To manufacture the cover, we are using high-quality synthetic rubber to ensure excellent resistance against abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging, sunlight and cut. In addition to this, the hoses offered by us have a longer service life.
